You just wait for a mod to accept or close them based on proof given.
ah for the longest time i thought it was just community voting
Community votes do nothing for a suggestion unless the mod is on the fence about the suggestion. If a majority of the community supports the suggestion, it usually gets passed. The only exception to this is for keys, in which most people just downvote it becasue they don't want them to go up. :P

the tf2 wiki has strange parts in one overall page, not one specific page per strange part. the info for each should all be on that page though?
oh well if theyre willing to make a page for every hat and weapon i think they should make ones for strange parts as well
