Previous suggester added me and asked my advice on how to fix up their previous suggestion. Once it was finished, Jaime wasn't able to resubmit due to the rep system and asked me to do it on their behalf. Here you go:

Flies Flamenco, still only 2 in the world, both currently owned by collectors. Flamenco is a God tier with a collectors effect, highly sough after.
The only recent documented trade would be from Porridge's (6Months ago) with NO OTHER TRADES AT ALL in that time.

I got mine for 6.5 in cash but I am unable to provide any proof for this as it wasn't my personal paypal account. It was a gift to me from family friend, as they know I'm a HUGE flies collector.
Whilst the sales are older than average, i do think it's important to get a real price in case another is un-boxed to prevent it being sharked.
Helpful feedback is appreciated and I'd prefer no useless comments like "DOWN-VOTE NO REASON", please provide a reason for your down-vote :)

My thoughts:
So basically this hat is extremely rare to hit the market. It's a high-tier hat which are the type that flies collectors (like Jaime, currently owns 27 flies hats) hunt down. Since both are now owned by big time flies collectors, the real reason this price needs to be corrected to protect the next guy that unboxes one from the sharks as it's unlikely these 2 will hit the market anytime soon.
So the know sales are 7 pure and 6.5 in cash. I'm comfortable using the 7 flat since all-cash trades generally get a discount over all pure anyway.

Dude, there hasn't been any sales in 6 months. There are only 2 in the world. It would be idiotic to ignore these sales just b/c they are older. The goal of the site should be to provide as accurate prices as possible. Ask yourself, which is more important, accurate prices or follow the "guidelines" to the T?

Mhmm. It's called the "price suggestion guide right"? I've had 200+ accepted unusual suggestions. Pretty sure I know what I'm doing.
Sometime things don't fit the mold and require deductive reasoning. Super rare hats are an example of those.
Latest a sale can be used as proof is 3 months old. That sale is almost 4

I'm sure people would have if it was known back then. We have the information now and no other sales have taken place since. It wasn't an outpost sale, only the people involved knew about it.
This isn't a robo or new effect hat. This is flies. If the 2 collectors sold it today they aren't likely going to be taking less than what they paid....

Thank you for posting on my Behalf Jest <3 - As Jester has said, i didn't have the information of the 2nd sale until recently, if i did, i would have posted it ALOT earlier. Extreamly rare hat for its age (only 2 ever un-boxed according to available information)
As already stated, there had been no sale within the past 6 months because of it's rarity. If you want to not accept/downvote because of the proof, just look at the latest accepted Flies Noh - similar scenario so no reason this should be shunned.
2 collectors bought these.
Collectors easily pay more than the actual price.
We both paid the only price the owners were willing to give it up at, if i could have paid less, there is no way in hell i would have paid more if i don't need to, i have Jewish blood jeez.. I'm pretty sure Porridge is the same.

What's up man? Long time. I know they updated some things, but the "rules" can't really apply to this one. Only 2 in the world, etc etc.
Ignoring these, the only sales, simply because they are older, would be outright irresponsible of the admin and essentially encouraging the opportunity for sharks....

I agree with them in that case though, new/robo effects have really been falling because ppl are finally being realistic with them. I've seen hats that sold for 10 pure last month going for only 8 now.
A super rare hat with a collectors effect is a different story imo.

Link 1: Isn't the point blind made there, there are other sales which are newer than one you used? Thus, making it an old price? "My problem is that your high end is being set by an outdated sale. If you look at all offers and sales, sales >2 months ago"
Link 3: This was paid with using unusuals, not pure, blind has argued that the currency/hat prices have change.
What i'm saying is, hats that are 6/7/8 ect buds are still the same amount of buds, The two Flamencos were bought with pure, nothing else, no overpay to calculate or anything. Personally, i don't them two extra examples you have provided are any good either :P. The point here is the Flamencos were both sold, for pure, and haven't been sold since, both sold for almost the same price.
this may just be an overpay to a collector, but 7 is a much better value of the hat than 2-2.4. both of the recent sales have been around this range. accepting
