if 1 key + 1 ref is a quicksell too (and in fact there's 4 buyers above that) - then why is it in the range? 1.3-1.6 would be better

No. Had a chat with polar bear. He said that the number of sales also matters when making the price. Since so many sales shown are lower then the low end is also low.

many sales below that becoz this site said so and when a new price suggestion is needed, clearly the old price is obsolete and is no longer reflecting the market clearing price.

If volume can trump speed then why dun you include 1 key in the range? apparently there are many sales at that price too, despite the fact that they are sold instantly
