With multiple b/o's at 3-3.5, I'm not sure how you can reliably call 1.7 and 1.9 outliers and not 3.8-4.6. 3.8 and 4.6 definitely look like outliers. Not sure on the the two sales under 2. Too much uncertainty. Will need to wait on more sales.
