http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17577428 It wasn't 14 Keys always, he lowered the price today, 1 day ago a guy said "Dead Ringer is no longer cheapest on outpost seeing as mine is 15 keys". Possibly he was selling it for 16 Keys all the week.
