Apples. ACCIDENTAL LOW END QUICKSELL. fixed now.
Unsolds at 8 keys (1 at 7 keys):
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17710159 (1 week)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17292680 (3 weeks)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17734722 ((1 week)(poorly bumped))
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17878213 (High end bp.tf value = (8 keys) 1 day)
Offers:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17590402 (5 keys) (retracted)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17292680 (5 keys and an MvM ticket)
Solds:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17405961 (5 keys)
No one wants this for over 5 keys! Even the 5 keys are having a bit of trouble, might have to lower again in the future. Again, no buyers over 5 keys. Anyone selling for over 5 keys is unsold. No buyers OR sellers at 6 keys, so shouldn't be in range either, since there is no proof that it should be, which should also should be proof that it should not be in the range as well.
>Trade offered 5.5 keys 3 days ago
>Ignores the offer
And he wants people to buy it now
This face: T_T
This is the same proof as the last passed suggestion. Need more 5 key sales or 5 key B/Os available.
Quick Buys at 5 Keys
No sellers at 6 Keys
Current Range seems fine :)
5 Keys Flat doesn't seem to be an accurate price suggestion
7-8 keys doesn't sell, no one sells for 6 keys, people offer for 5 and sold for 5. Seems fair.
All the 5 Keys sales have been offers by the buyers - and also - they seem like a quick buy price.
Unsolds at 7-8 Keys - That's proof that perhaps those values shouldn't be in the range.
However - just becuase there are no 6 Key sellers in the market right now - it doesn't mean that it should be ignored :) especially due to the ease of selling at 5 Keys.
EDIT: From the 7-8 Key sellers - Only 1 seller is actually using 7 Keys (and they too are suggesting 7-8 Keys); The other 3 are all selling at 8 Keys
Plenty of proof to support the current Range
2 offers for 5 keys (one 5.5 with ticket). 1 sale for 5 keys, took 2 weeks, not a quicksale. 7-8 definitely shouldn't be in range. If no 6 key sellers, or buyers, it shouldn't be in the range? 5 keys seems pretty solid with the proof. Unless 6 key buyers and sellers appear, then it should be in the range. But there are non of those. With buyers and sellers for 5 keys. Unsolds at 7-8 keys, and no buyers. This seems like the obvious choice.
BOLD IS BROKEN Fixed.
And there have been sales at 8 keys, but they are much too old with the current demand for them right now, collector items have been dropping rapidly the past few weeks. An 8 key sale from 3 weeks is irrelevant to the demand and value they should be now. Sure it may have been 5-8 keys 3 weeks ago, but not 5-8 keys now. Know what i'm saying?
Just stating - All 3 of the "5 Key Sales" were Offers - not just 2 of them - ALL OF THEM :)
5 Keys is a Buyers price according to the proof presented - A Quick Buy; Not much proof to support a Flat 5 Keys.
No 6 Key Sellers - However, there are sellers above this price point; 6 Keys can't be ignored; Perhaps you could have suggested 5-7 Keys; In either case - 3 Sellers at 8 Keys says that the current range seems fine for now :)
Hope you don't take this personally :)
Just my views based on the proof presented
EDIT: Conservative drops are usually better for the market, especially when proof such as this is presented :) Thus the main reason that 5 Keys Flat is not the best choice of price.
I never said there were 3, 5 key sales. 1 has been sold, 2 are offers yes.
And since 5 keys is a buyers price, and has sold for 5. That should be used as proof that people are buying for 5. I know not very much proof, but not very much demand for this item either. But what has been provided and found, can't be denied.
There are in fact sellers above 6 keys, but none have sold above this point. So I guess 5-6 keys is plausible. But there are no buyers or sellers to support this claim; SO we can not really use it. 7 keys is being used in a trade, no ones bought for 7 though! No solds, can't be used either. And since no buyers or solds at 8, that is obviously not in the range.
No not taking this personally at all! I like these, makes me actually think about my claims, makes me try and protect it. Very strong counter words haha. But with no proof to support 6-8 keys, they shouldn't be used in the range. Just my 2 cents.
I'd say it would be better to just wait and see what happens to this suggestion - however - keep following the item until there is better proof of unsolds and solds; Currently - the lack of a 6 Keys seller makes this suggestion tough to support .
I'll continue to search for proof.
8 keys is definitely too high. However, best offers have been 5 and 5.5 keys, but no recent sales have taken place. The only sale you have is from the previous suggestion, so I don't feel it is right to accept this suggestion without any actual sales. I do agree that a price decrease needs to happen, but we don't have the proof for it right now (because unsolds shouldn't be taken as the only proof).
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17292680 (Unsold 1 month, now 7 keys)
Better than the other suggestion. At least there are offers and a sale supporting 5. 6-7 are just unmet buyouts.
