Back when the last suggestion was made, Pyroman said: If there are any (most likely not) on scrap.tf/scrapbank.me, then probably there are just a few. That's clearly not true anymore.

There's no reason for buyers to pay 0.11 when so many are available for half that. There are some weapons that are hard or impossible to find on scrap.tf, either because people don't scrapbank them, or because they get snapped up quickly. The Gunslinger is not one of them.

Uh, the point of scrapbanking is to give a bot any TWO weapons for a scrap. scrap.tf is not a site to get proof. TF2Outpost is a better place for proof.

Scrap.tf=/= the whole market.

Alot of people don't know of scrap.tf fyi. (i was lucky that my friend told me of it C:) Plus not to mention the sometimes have long que time.

Give us proof of outpost , not scrap.tf

It's hard to provide unsolds at 0.11 since people selling unique weapons obviously can't list their entire stock in an outpost trade. (And who knows, maybe they have no stock and just grab one off scrap.tf whenever someone says they'll pay 0.11 for it.) I guess this is the closest thing to proof that you'll get from outpost:

I think I heard that the admin peoples want to keep basic weps at .05-.11, which does make sense, since all the basic weapons do sell for a scrap, but they're very common drops and there are those scrap banking services

Its because people scrap banking in game can do it successfully. While i dont particularly scrap bank the gunslinger, plenty of scrap bankers have a few lying around and quite a few people dont know about/use scrap.tf. When i sell a weapon for 1 scrap it is usually to newer players or someone in a pinch.

It's just a crock of shit came up by people who try to either act cool by saying bp.tf is shitty or are trying to shark people out of their items. Some suggestions are a bit shaky yes, but the admins use their power wisely, and even state bp.tf is only a guide.
