Re-suggesting a day later. 5-5.66 ref seems to sell in a couple days

As polar bear said on the previous suggestion accepted one day ago, "This situation happens time and time again. An item gets a massive increase in price and a formerly rare item gets flooded with eager sellers at the new value. The suggested range might even be too high at this point with a considerable number of sellers on the front page of outpost and classifieds selling for less than 6 ref"

Conclusion

I note that most sellers at 5 ref are bumped poorly, but the main point is that they are willing to sell at 5 refined. If a page or more of Outpost sellers are willing to sell at 5 ref, I'd say it's proof enough to "un-include" more than 6 ref from the range. 6 ref or more, like a key - which is what most people are selling for on Outpost - rarely sell. It's pretty much impossible. Depending on the comments, I may re-suggest at a different price, but this seems to be the medium of what people want for the item and what they can sell at. Big thanks to DiamondHavoc and Mr. Bucket for getting the price at a key so these can start to fall again. Any Extra Proof/Cunter-Proof/Opinions/Tips/Help is all welcome. Thanks for reading.
