Need more details on the 25 other than him saying 25. Ppl value things in many different ways. Screenshot, or Bp history would be useful.

Veil owners just don't list them or don't bite on offers often, despite how good the offers are. However the pricing for most veils on bp.tf is off, and offers exceed bp.tf for most veils since the demand is so high.
