Suggestion: Strange Frying Pan at 10.5–11 keys

Well, as you can see, it's a conservative bump, 10.5 Keys don't seems to be the most common price for be a suggestion for 10.5 flat. 10 Keys sells fast, and the proof show for that is a bit weak. There are 2 for 10.4 and 2 for 10.5, but generally we take 0.4 Keys (Or +3 Refs) as 0.5, so I put that price.

Why should 11 keys be kept in range? Doesn't look like it sells

Eh... I dunno, 10-11 keys seems like the best range to play it safe. I'll stay neutral for both.

None of these are actually 1.5 keys

1key + 3ref = 1.4 according to bp.tf - and the 1.5 previous suggestions are valued as 1key + 4ref.

I agree, but there are many users who don't accept a range as 1.4 - 1.5 or 8.4 -9 Keys. So I decided to put it on a more popular range.
