Sorry but I gotta downvote. The 5.9 sale is a bit old, and an outlier.
The sale was only made a month ago, and according to staff sales up to 2 months old are considered valid proof.
Took 6 months to sell but sold almost 2 months ago. And since there are 2 sales way below it, it's an Outlier
Range is very big, the high end seems outlier considering more sales below 4
