Not for lowering a price, showing enough sellers at 3 and 3.33 disproves 3.66, unless you can prove successful sales at 3.66, which I don't think you can. He does need sellers at 3 though

If there's no sellers at 3 on market or any recent sales maybe the low end isn't accurate.

I mentioned that it was 3.55, i don't think 3.33 flat would be accurate either. You can resuggest if you like.

I was going to do this but there is no proof for the low end. Just because it's in the range doesn't mean it's still accurate.

Feel free to countersuggest, i couldnt find any solds at 3.33 to make it flat.
