Flies HWNN was never actually priced, so that's invalid too. Bubble pipe is 1.8 after overpay, and stash is 1.7. Sorry, but this looks off. Downvote from me

Also, HWNN Flies is outdated by 2 years, Bubble Pipe is 1.75~ After overpay, and Bubbling Stash is 1.7~ after overpay.

EDIT: I think this unusual suggestion of this hat is to hard for me.

I am the trader for both of those trades in the suggestion. I offered the arcana lucky shot on the three hats and minigun. They were not offered on the lucky.

Still need to prove the HWNN is worth 2 buds though. If it helps, I put mine up for 30 keys and it sold within minuets - so 30 keys is a quicksale price for the flies HWNN

Also, I verify the accuracy of the trades in the suggestion. Everything is exactly correct in what was traded for what

well, im the current owner of this hat, dont care much about pricing on bp.tf and got no good public offers on this hat... - anyway: imo this suggestion is a good example for the main problem here pricing unusuals, the total neglect of rareness and effect-tier. i didnt check the first seller, but scary was looking for fast pure keys i guess, according to the fact he sold my stuff worth slight above 7 for around 5 pure buds within hours. Nevertheless a formally correct suggestion and i voted up, got no problem to keep this pretty nice hat for a long long time ;)

As comments have said, the lucky shot's price seems to be somewhat outdated, and shouldn't be as high. For the other trade, some of the unusuals (like the hat with no name) have extremely outdated prices and shouldn't be used unless you can prove the price is still correct. In conclusion, suggested price seems to be a bit too high.
