How do you get low tier effect? And Why are you suggesting this with no proof? Are you bitter about not getting it from someone?

Let me guess, you guys all thought that the bat effect on the 2013 unusuals was going to be the lowest tier halloween effect. Can anyone really tell me that this effect deserves to be above the scorching, beams, or skull sultans? No you cant because the pentagon effect is flat out ugly and the community generally agrees with that statement.

scorching because it my favorite ;).....but skull would be my last choice and yet that's still above scorching , your fighting a price because its above these effects yet yours is too.....

No im fighting because the sultans is my favorite hat and ill be damned before i see a group of hee haws go and mess up the tier list by taking a garbage effect hat and putting it in the top 4 effects of the sultans

This unusual has been sold before for 3.3 and 4.8 buds, so obviously the price should be there

The point isn't "which effect is better" it's "what has it sold for and what's an accurate price"
