I'm going to make this nice and short....
Sold for 29 keys and some stuff that added up to 3 keys. At this time buds were 16 keys, so sold for 2 buds.

Sold for a stormy storm Hermes and 4 keys (1.9*.9=~1.7+4 keys= ~1.8)
Sold for about 1.8 buds.

Low came from the sale of the Hermes and 4 keys
High came from the 29 keys and stuff (2 buds) sale
Thanks for looking.
4 keys is 0.2 so that second sale should be 1.9 buds. just saying.
Noted. Thanks for the correction.
Hermes isn't 1.9.

According to this site it is 1.9, but the price is old. The price was the same at the time of the offer, therefore it should still be usable.
Old prices need to be checked against the current. Since ppl have b/os that are less than 1.9 you can't really justify the price being that high.
Like Julia showed you can get one for less than 1.5 now. So unless you have other sales data this proof validates a range that is like 1.5-1.7 maybe.
Yay! My first contribution towards pricing an unusual!
Hopefully it will count towards pricing the unusual!
First sale is 3 months old...
Sales can be up to 3 months old and still accepted. And yeah I know it's not the best evidence, but according to the rules it still works....
According to blind polar bear, sales can only be 2 months old at most.
In my experience, its 3 months...
Also:
Sales
"Sales older than 2 months old are not valid proof; this does not mean that they are not useful - please see full guide for how to use older sales in the context of new sales. The one exception to point out here is for very rare hats. If there have only been 1-2 sales in the last 3 months, a trade up to 3 months old is okay to use as proof to establish more data points. Keep in mind, new sales should take precedence over older ones."

>2 months is ancient for a new effect hat
As indicated, the hermes price is too old to use as valid proof. And sales >2 months old really shouldn't be used, especially on new effect hats that tend to decline rapidly over that time period.
There are only 4 of these hats in existence, so sales do not occur often. Only one of them is on the market right now. See, not being able to use prices on this site that are "old" makes it impossible to suggest prices for new hats. We can't suggest a price because the price of the hat we need to use as proof is old, rendering it useless I guess. It's a cycle that is impossible to fix because we cannot use "old" prices to suggest new prices.
There's no need to rush to price these. There's one on the market. It will sell at some point. Update the hermes and use that sale, and you'll be able to make a suggestion.
