That's what I bought it for.

Seller was asking 4 buds. I initially offered 3, but the price was bid up to 3.5.

2 sales are required to make a new unusual price.

Weird. The previous owner was offered 65 keys prior to selling to Hippo, and Hippo offered 3 buds flat before that. Unless this is a poor attempt at price manipulation by both Hippo and Never, I don't see why the seller would take 52 keys. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17760320

Actually, I looked and it was around 3.5 buds worth of pure, however still needs two sales.
