Not enough proof. You need evidence of them actually being sold.

Evidence of them being sold can be strong proof.

However, sometimes, there isn't evidence of such, therefore, the selling price (as well as how long the trade has been open) can suffice to give an idea of it's value.

But, that is also equivalent to saying no one is selling the pan so I'll put the price to 150 keys. If there is no evidence of them being sold that is because people don't buy them at that price. You may as well merge selling and unsolds. They are the same.
