Well the 1.1 buds is still in the range simply because the trade is still quite young and the seller seems to keep dropping the price of the item. Don't think that it is enough to disprove the current low end.

There are sellers at 1 bud that couldn't get it sold.

No sales at 1.2 buds and 1.3 buds seem to be unsuccessful. Hence removing it from the range.

Therefore, suggesting a range of 1 bud - 1.1 buds.
