Is outdated price. I am just validating its value. It what was a very tight range to begin with so I see nothing wrong with pegging it at 8
Those ones asking for 12 won't get close to that. This seller feels like 8 was really good.
The main reason why they are asking for 12 is because "OH LANSKY OWNED DIS SO I WANT A MILLION BUDS," the guy should include that he bought it from a marked scammer. Anyways, someone was probably tired of this bs and decided to buy one that wasn't set at an outrageous price that no one would pay. Also it's best to try and find more proof, especially when you want to value scorching above burning.
The person who bought the rack also has no experience in trading, yet owns all this expensive stuff (probably a scammer alt or bought a ton for paypal). I don't see a reason to change this price, especially since cranwell did not decline the 7 pure offer. Unless you can find more proof, I'll leave my vote to a downvote.
The counter to that is that there are fewer scorching than burning and they would be the same price as the cheapest burning you can get is 8. Most are 9
I dont really see the point. updating price with poor proof isnt better than leaving old one which seems to be still fine as your suggested value is in that range
