Stormy Bomber= 4 - 4.5 buds

4 buds x .9 = 3.6 buds + .17 buds in sweets = 3.87 buds

4.5 buds x .9 = 4.05 buds + .17 in sweets = 4.22 buds

3.4 x .9 = 3.06 buds

average of 3.47 buds
