Hey all, this is my first price suggestion. Hopefully I won't screw it up.

A couple weeks ago I was the owner of the first unusual Power Surge Safe'n'Sound. I put up tf2outpost, asking for 3 buds. There were no offers for quite some time. Eventually I brought it down to 2.2 buds, and soon after I received a trade offer of 2 buds and a white painted bills. I accepted that offer.

And now for some unconventional proof. I mentioned my hat on YouTube (I posted an offer there hoping someone would see it), and someone replied offering 2 buds. Because of this, I think the 2 bud range is a good place to have this unusual. Screencap: http://i.imgur.com/kXESTii.png

I think if someone were lucky and patient, they may be able to bring it up to about 2.4 buds. If they were trying to quicksell, it could easily be done for under 2.

The effort is appreciated, but what defines the price is what it is Sold for.

Opinions play a very insignificant role in the pricing.

I also believe you need at least 2 sales to price Unusuals with Robo/Summer/Newer effects.

With this, i believe you should resuggest.

Thanks for the suggestion, but all suggestions for new hats require two sales to establish a range. I see your one sale at 2.3 pure, but I'm not seeing any justification for your low end. It's not fair to base a low end off of an offer alone.
