He had little to no proof for the low end, and there's more proof at 10-11 keys which seems to the the common area.

Just wanted to point some things out and give some history into the trades.

Sold for 11 Keys.

The person buying that has made an attempt to flip it for one bud. Highest c/o he has on that is a Collector's Beggar's Bazooka. (9 Keys.)

Seller for Strange Pan

Person has bought it from someone about 3 Weeks ago. Had a 15 Key c/o, but never accepted it. This is a bit outdated, but I will assume it was sold for lower or equal.

10 Key Seller.

This trade bought it from the second previous owner in a set of Loch n' Loads for a S.F. Ambassador + 7 Keys. (13 Keys, but it was sold as a set and could've had item/set overpay.) The previous owner is unknown about their trade, but that trade was completed about three days ago.

Final Decision

Upvote on the basis of this is the most suitable suggestion so far than the other one, along with the amount of sales and current offers matching nearly matching the price range. Alongside, I do have a bias to get these things priced, because of people manipulating the price.
