Why are Strange DRs getting so popular so suddenly? :/

If I were to guess I would say because:

1. Lots of people are selling them in sets, so getting one normally is a bit more difficult

2. It is a rather popular (though ineffective) Strange weapon

3. It is pretty easy to rank up

those are all outliers, all of the sellers at 1 key either closed within minutes of posting or spammed with tons of friend requests if left open
