hella bought it for 35 keys pure (1.75 in pure rounding to 1.8)

You need to consider unusual overpay in the first sale. Figure 10% of mid or lowest price, so about 1.6-1.7 buds + .5 buds + ~2 keys in sweets would make it closer to 2.25 buds or so.
