huh, well uh, huh.

i didnt know that there was a collector's festive flare gun, i there a kit specifically for it or can collector's kits for weapons available in multiple reskins (but not qualities) be applied to all variants of that weapon?

anyway, upvoting until somebody posts some convincing counter proof.

there are specified kit for 2013 festives only (flare gun, eyelander, gloves of running urgently, wrangler, crusader's crossbow, and sapper)
