but you would still need 3 ref sellers, so we know that the price shouldnt be bumped up instead of down

While unsolds can be enough to lower a price, ideally they should not be the only proof. When they are, it needs to be clear that the lower price is also difficult to sell for.

Most of your unsolds are very new (most genuine items cant really be called "unsold" until they are at least a week old, since G items sell very slowly)

I'm not really seeing enough evidence here to change the range; not only are the unsolds mostly new, but those 3s sold rather fast and the rest are underbumped or new
