The only logo tossle that was recently sold, the other tossles haven't been sold for quite some time:
Sold for 60 keys (3 buds) pure:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17927323
Sold with 1 bud for a duped cloud 9 fed fedora (really unsure about this, there is one for sale at 3 buds on outpost but seller isn't responding? Taking this as an outlier):
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17895105
Sold for a roboactive salty dog (no price, and outlier):

Since the fed fedora has a rather complicated pricing now, and the previous trade was opened for a month, but no 3 bud offers, I will use some of the notable offers from that trade to set a lower end.

Had a few good outlier offers like cloud 9 tossle and searing tossle but chose not to take it. Highest promo offer was a level 1 max head which is easily 2.5 buds.

Highest notable offer is also a level max head (2.5)
Max is 2.7 buds. :P
Level 1 max goes for 2.5 buds at that time. In those two offers, they were both level 1. Also, keep in mind that the time of offer was before the max head suggestion.
Oh, didn't know you are talking about a level one max head.

Duped sale to set a high-end and an offer to set a lot end...

"Sales of duped hats can be used as adjuncts or as proof to raise the value on an unusual."
I don't see a problem with duped sale here.
Yeah, maybe, but you're using an offer to set the low-end?
I would actually prefer to put it at 3 buds flat, but I think I got lucky with that sale. On a normal day, this would've gotten offers ranging from 2-2.7 buds, or more in unusuals which you have to be lucky to get extremely good offers like the cloud 9 tossle and searing tossle as mentioned above. But in terms of pure, looking at both trades, 3 buds seems ambitious and I doubt I would've gotten that offer if my tossle wasn't the only one for sale. (the other one on the market is looking to sell his as a set only.)
Also, if the C9 fedora sale is taken into consideration, it's definitely below 3 buds. I didn't use that sale because it was duped, and its pricing is outdated and rather messed up.
I agree, low end off a offer when it sold for 3 isn't fair to the other owners.
why not 3 flat? 2.5-2.9 is being rejected, and the only sale is ~3
ok then, resuggesting
