The fact everyone has 2 bud Buyouts and nobody on Outpost is even asking for 2.3, 2.3 doesn't seem to be in range

Other trades are all old and outliner prices

First off, the sharp dresser and 5 keys= 10 keys, and the guy paid me 4-5 more keys in sweets

As indicated, the stormy ushanka has a 7 month old price, which is really too old to use as proof.

Combined with the unsold BOs you have at under 2.3, I would say that the stormy ushanka sale is an outlier and 2.3 should not be in the range. Suggested price is a bit too high.
