None of that has actually sold, and the 1 ref link is a parts one. Sure it's good to see that people are trying to raise the price, but that doesn't mean the price actually has raised at all.
I will update it with more I find. I was primarily looking before for unsold ones. Forgot to show sold ones.
I still find tons of unsuccessful sellers at 0.11 ref with trade.tf

With over 15 pages on outpost, you're bound to find more than this.
Selling =/= Sold
I'd suggest a .11-.22 range since .22 is more common, however you need to found more proof. (Not sure if it's accurate, just from what I've seen).
