Yeah, not sure why OP included a range. Also, OP, how is this hat themed? I'm genuinely curious. And please don't say it's because he kills people and those are the ghosts of the people he killed.

Show your inventory history please. Go to your inventory through steam, click "more" then "view inventory history". Printscreen where it shows the trade you made, paste it into paint etc, save & upload to imgur. Also, resuggest at 3 buds flat.

Not sure where the lower half of your range comes from. Plus, don't you need two sales?

2 sale rule only applies to new effects/hats, I believe.

I think it only applied to unpriced hats.

OP, not saying I don't believe you, but a screenshot of your trade history is pretty crucial for a suggestion like this. Range problems aside, you should include that in your proof.
