Rounding the range to 13-13.5 because dialing a 10+ bud hat to +/-0.15 buds is stupid. It has sold for 13+ so this range is fine.

Please let me know if you know of other sales. It seems this is the only hat that has been traded a few times. The remaining 3 have not been used in PCs.
