Hey Guys
Did a bit of work thanks to cleverpun :) - "While a sale or two would be best, it is clear that this item is hard or difficult to sell at .11.While this could be even lower, the community vote favors this over the .05 suggestion"
NOTE: Just to be VERY CLEAR - I offered all the traders below 1 clean weapon (each worth 0.05 Ref on Backpack) in exchange for the non-craftable bootlegger
.

might I ask why exactly you're going around buying all these bootleggers :P

The last suggestion was based ONLY on usolds (no sales at all) Unsolds at 0.11 Ref for over a week - an indication that perhaps, buyers may be willing to buy at a lower price.
In all the trades - I did give plenty of time for other sellers to make their offers - however, when they didn't - I decided to make an offer :) NOTE - the last trade was selling at 0.05 Ref :)
I'm pretty sure there's a rule against using your own sales as the majority of the proof.
Found it: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/4249-new-rule-for-all-non-unusual-suggestions/
Not sure how this'll end so I'm going to stay neutral.
A S. Wrench's suggestion was accepted with a lot of sales from 1 guy.
And those are the only sales in the market. I don't know why, this is SO popular! The first uncraft wep what have +3000 votes on a suggestion! I'll buy 20!
Seriously. Good proof, upvote.
Firstly - I did clearly state that they were items bought by moi - tricky subject in suggestions I understand - for various reasons.
Secondly - All the 3 traders who sold the items had ads on Outpost. All 3 ads with strikethroughs are the ads in concern.
Thirdly - In relation to the last suggestion - 2 ads - unsold for a week at 1 scrap - no offers
Thanks for the feedback - Valid issues raised - Hope my responses help :)
If he has been buying all of them, it shows that he has a decent experience when it comes to trading with this item. I don't really see a reason not to allow him to post links of him trading this item.
The user had linked to a new rule in effect - in the words of the admin:
"Do not use screenshots of your own personal trades for the majority (or all) of your proof. On common items, a single person does not run the market, and our prices should reflect that. What defines the majority will he handled on a case by case basis, but be aware one or two non-screenshot trades won't cut it.
Here's an example of a type of suggestion we'll close from on now:

A very valid point - one that I was unaware of - I feel that since the sellers had ads on Outpost, and the fact that 2 sellers were unsuccessful selling at 0.11 Ref for a week - it should be safe.
Actually I think if anyone, not just him, had offered a weapon they would have accepted.
