Kind of confusing some of these solds, but explained.

You shouldn't include the price of paint on items as proof. And, looking at the sales, 6 keys would seem like an Outlier

I got the go ahead to use the black bill's as 7 keys.

A black bills is ~7 keys. Perhaps 6.5 would be reasonable after overpay, but I have no issue with someone taking it at 6.5-7 in value.

If an item can be quicksold for pure at a certain value, it's fair to use that value for its pure conversion. 7 may take a little while to sell for a black / white bills, but it sells so easily at 6.5, that that is a perfectly acceptable value to use.
