Conclusion

Range is better than none. 7 keys was a quicksell. One suggestion has too wide of a range and one doesn't have enough proof of his high-end. Ignoring the 8 key seller for now since it's a young seller and anything can happen. 7 keys is an Outlier with 2 sales above it. This seems like the most accurate price. Any Extra Proof/Cunter-Proof/Opinions/Tips/Help is all welcome. Thanks for reading. Feedback is always appreciated.

Just a question about the 12 Key sale (Which was used in the initial suggestion - and which is not very clear to me):

" http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17940629 - 12 Keys" ; Proof it was sold for 12 Keys? - from the trade - the proof of a sale is (quoting the comment ticked) "collector's blutsauger for collector's solumn vow?" ; From the trade history it looks like there hasn't been a new owner - although it isn't in the user's backpack. Main question is about the figure 12 Keys.

Yes. He said he sold it for his Buyout a few hours after that Blutsauger offer. I exited the chat so I can't get a screenshot currently
