It certainly isn't when the person who's suggesting the new price owns 152 of the item.

You are forgetting KS and parts my friend. (and I guess chem sets) That's the main reason why stranges are rising rapidly to begin with.

i rose an item by 33% value when i owned 104 of an item. doesnt matter how many you own. what matters is what people sold it for. which clearly is 0.33-1

Owning 152 items tells us that he is wise enough with his investment.

I'd remove 0.33 from the range if I was the one suggesting.

Very suspicious indeed. Why would anyone pay 1 ref for one knowing they have been .33 for months. I have a feeling this price/trades are being manipulated. He probably has that much as he is or knows someone who owns one of the tf shops. Getting the price changed to gain them more profit. TF2WH price has already changed before this suggestion has even been confirmed so maybe they work for wh?
