Pretty easy to find for below 3 ref. Doesn't really make sense to keep it at 3 ref flat. More proof will be added at a later time as more arrives :)

90% of buying trades on outpost are for quickbuys or just generally below market price. I have never used buyer trades and don't think I will or need to for a suggestion like this.

Doesn't matter, no matter what you need buyers. Even if there's more sellers than buyers you need at least one buyer.
