So the range of the killer's exclusive is around 13--21 buds

Time Warp Tossle's price is 8 months old and can't be used.

You say you calculated overpay and used original prices, but you didn't on the DBD Bonk Boy or Harvest Brainiac... DBD Bonk Boy is 9.5 and Harvest Brainiac is 15.1 after overpay.

That leaves only the Eerie TC as proof for your high-end, which would be an outlier at that point given the lower sales. NecroTed's price is better on this one.
