Hi everybody, R0B0FiSH here. This is my first unusual price suggestion but I hope that my suggestion is as accurate as possible. All proof is no older than 1 month at the time of this posting. As always, I value your feedback.
I've had this unusual for about 1 week now with no bites. New effects scare away people, especially when there's no pricing on them (I was unsure buying this unusual too). I've had my fair share of offers and research so I believe my proof will be relevant and accurate for this hat which is not priced yet.
Bought proof (from myself):

I bought this hat (thinking it was worth 3 buds at the time) and a Professional Killstreak Sharp Dresser worth about 9-10 keys with a Blizzardy Storm Tough Guy's - He paid ~ 3+ buds worth of items for my 2.5 - 2.6 bud unusual
The user I bought it off:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18036504 - Had a B/O of 3 buds (no comments)
Current sellers (discluding myself):
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18072716 - Taking offers (no bites yet)
* http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17936104 - Looking for 3 buds (Had some item offers and one unpriced unusual offer possibly worth 2 buds +)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15987495 - Has a B/O of 3 buds (Has had a 0.8 bud unusual offer and one unpriced unusual offer)
Proof from other users who had the same unusual: (Please note this proof is not entirely accurate as it is not confirmed that they sold the unusual for the price they wanted)
* http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17998316 - Positive "quicksell" for 2 buds as he dropped his prices from 3 buds from three different trades (no comments in all 3 trades involving the same unusual)
* http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17979762 - Quite the quicksell at 25 keys (still no comments)
* http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17922439 - 45 Strongbox keys (Strongbox keys were 1.15 keys at the time 2 weeks ago which indicates 45 Strongbox keys at the time ≈ 2.63 buds. Also no comments)
* http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17536301 - 2 buds & 10 keys (no comments)
* http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16817567 - 2.5 - 3 buds (Had a fair few amount of unusual offers ranging from 1.6 - 3.2 buds)
Other supporting proof: (Please note this is not my primary form of proof)
I took consideration of this hat's "predecessor" 'The Tough Guy's Toque.'
Current pricing for Disco Beatdown Tough Guy's Toque - 2.7 - 2.9 buds
The Tungsten Toque is a "robo hat" however, many of the same "generic" effects such as bubbling, orbiting planets are within similar pricing range.
As well as this similar priced hat with the disco beatdown effect: The Data Mining Light
http://backpack.tf/unusuals/Data%20Mining%20Light
This hat can also be a possible themed hat with suggestions such as a disco strobe light (note the lightbulb on the top of the hat)
Some interesting data using median pricing of keys and buds: (data collected from the links with the *)
1.28 buds, 2 buds, 2.63 buds, 2.51 buds, 2.75 buds, 3 buds
Median price for sellers selling the Disco Beat Down Tungsten Toque on outpost (discluding B/O's) = 2.57 buds or 50.11 keys. Of course 3 buds is pretty hard to ask for being in the data which is why...
...To conclude, I believe 2 - 2.8 buds for the Disco Beat Down Tungsten Toque is an accurate pricing for this new hat which fits in using the proof and data whilst also taking in account of other unusuals and effects. With experience, it's an unusual that people tend to stay away from as there's a chance this unusual can sell for a lot more or less than it's actually worth, but hopefully this pricing will change that. Thank you for your time. If there's anything that you believe that is inaccurate or tips on what I can improve in this or my future price suggestion, don't hesitate to tell me :)
EDIT: Proof of Professional Sharp Dresser selling for roughly 9 keys:

Not bad for your first suggestion.
I'm kinda iffy about the price of a pro killstreak sharp dresser since it's kinda impossible to set a real price on them. Could you show some sales of it?
If you like I can provide a screenshot of it. I've sold the Pro Sharp Dresser for $24.99 on steam community market
Here's some screenshots:

I lose $3.25 off my selling price of $24.99 due to steam tax so I gain $21.74
Keys on community market are selling for ~$2.30 - $2.40
$21.74 divide by $2.30 - 2.40 = 9.06 - 9.45 keys
Steam Market is very irrelevant in price suggestions as far as I know, but let's see what other people say. Staying neutral.
If you say so, however. As of right now I could buy 9 keys with the $21.74 I gained from the Sharp Dresser I sold. I would think that would be enough proof to prove I sold the Sharp Dresser for ~9 keys and keys are keys whether they are bought off people in trade servers or steam community market. The sheen and killstreak was Team Shine with Fire Horns if that makes any difference.
If you still don't trust steam community market, check this link out: http://www.trade.tf/price/6526/-1/638
People will go the extra mile for a nice killstreak and sheen which is why I believe I got a little bit more.
Thanks for the suggestion, but you cannot assume a hat sold for its b/o. For example, you seller for 45 strongbox keys lowered his price to 35 keys - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17862876 - and sold for another unusual, not for pure.
The only verifiable sale here is your own and that is not enough. All suggestions setting a price for a new hat require 2 sales to establish a range. You will need to verify exactly what these hats were traded for either with links to comments, inventory history screenshots, or by adding them and posting a screenie of the chat.
