As said before, you need two valid sales. The cap is outdated.
L1 - sale is ~7.3 buds, plus it's outdated, not valid as a sale
L2 - is a sale of ~5.9 buds
No idea where your range is coming from. And only one valid proof is not enough, need at least 2 valid sales, downvote for these reasons.
