Read the comments below, it depends on the offers as well and it was HIGHLY debated between the entire admin team. This hat sold quickly and only other noteable offers were a clean max, less than 3 buds, a C9 Conisuer (unpriced), Terror Watt Cotton (Low end is 2.5 recently updated), and a Something Burning this Way Lamp (unpriced).

So then, without many offers around the exact selling price of almost 4 buds, and the only two other priceable offers being less than 3 buds.

But in the end he rejected those offers and sold it for the unusual modest and 7 keys.

Didnt really reject any, just moved to new C/Os. Also it's worth noting that the current owner of the Fancy Dress One that used one sale is owned by an outpost admin who most likely WON'T resell, meanwhile this item is up for sale again already and 3 days old so far with no offers yet, though being sold as a set.

Leaving this here to clarify the sales part..
