Rare hat. Only 2 on outpost. Only 1 sale in a long time(the history is filled with friends swapping the unusual between each other so not a sale). The other hasnt been sold for more than 4 months

That sale was most likely a quicksell, the seller even says it's a quicksell. The hat does need a price decrease since two BOs under the price, but I don't think it should have a flat price.
