0.7 buds is around 14 keys. 10 keys are 0.5 buds,then 12 keys are 0.6 buds,etc.

Mhmm, it was a joke. Our point is that ppl will be buying these with keys, not buds primarily. It's going to be much more useful if it's priced in keys instead.

Usually ppl won't start pricing in buds until the range is over a bud.
