Because no one plays Bigrock anymore.

Of course they're rarer than rusts... You get rusts from an easier tour. They've always been less common.

But it takes 6 tours for intermediate, as opposed to 3 tours for bigrock. Who the hell would waste 6 tickets for that. :x
