1.Double consecutive downvotes the minute me and the other person posted our comments. Well, I'll let this one pass, and I'll apologize for this.

2. That may be according to Bp.tf rules, but it definitely is one of the factors of driving a person to pay more, and this is significant on such a low-value Unusual.

3. The problem is that he did not specify what his '16 Key offer' is. Heck, I could offer some random Pro Kit and say its 50 Buds based on my own personal valuation. Thank you for finding the sale, by the way.

Nothing official, it just economics. On items that cost very little the paint makes a large percentage of the overall value. On unusuals those gimmicky things like levels, paint, etc don't really play into the value much. On a really cheap hat like this it might play in slightly, but on something that costs say 20+ keys, the paint is just a bonus, you don't really ever factor that in when making offers.

Jester is right. We attempt to mirror how hats are valued in unusual trades, and the vast majority of unusual traders don't consider paint value in their trades, even on low tiers.

As for the suggestion itself, all our prices on unusuals are estimates and we are pretty firm on not permitting changes this small unless the price is outdated (2 months). I gave pause on this suggestion because it is a low tier and asked for other mod opinion. But at the end of the day, allowing suggestions like this will just result in price changes from 12 to 12-13 back to 12 for lots of low tier hats and flooding the site with these kinds of suggestion would be pretty useless as 12 is already a decent approximation
