Lots of sellers at above 4 refined, but no buyers. The lack of 3.33 sellers might be because 3.33 is sold too quickly, thus, quickly closed trades. 3.33 is a quick-sale.

Pretty much impossible to find a 3.33 trade without it being sold immediately. The people who actually look through outpost are sure to buy from the 3.66 sellers, so long as they can get past all the 4 - 4.66 ref sellers.

Thing is, my friend told me to just make the suggestion and have the sellers sell while it's going on. I'll never listen to her again.
