This is from spending 5 minutes on outpost and grabbing recent sales(back one person if within 2 months) of each. While I agree that the current price is too high, one sale that you have above is not enough to justify the price drop, especially when this hat is very common in this effect, and traded often. If you do resubmit a price suggestion, please don't just add what I have given as proof, but check a little bit more on the ones off the market, as chances are they have recently changed hands too. I would help out, but I currently do not have time(just enough time to make sure a noble suggestion is not done incorrectly).

yeah, first sale I saw but was invalid, other 2 actually have updated prices (believe it or not), I just missed them since the previous owners never put the noble up on outpost. Looking through the other stormy nobles up right now, those other sales are the only valid ones, so there is no other proof to use
