Though as stated the Unusual is outdated to and thus invalid as well.

Really no reason to be rude. I gave you a link to the full Cheat Sheet guide to price suggesting for unusuals, and one of the main rules at the top was that you cannot use outdated hats for proof. Hats become outdated after 3 months.
If you'd just read the rules and do thorough research on prices and if sales are valid or not, you'd know this.

Tin Gallon price is 5-months old, so not valid. Even if it wasn't, 1.3 + 20 keys + 2 keys items + Terraria isn't 2.6 buds.

Old prices can't be used unless you show they're still somewhat correct. Also, terraria can't be valued so your sale isn't 2.6. You were offered this hat for 2.5 buds, as Kaushu pointed out. The few other sales on this hat seem to be much lower or much higher than 2.6, so it probably should have a ranged price.
