The second 1.9 trade isnt really the best in my opinion because you are assuming the value of killstreak weapons. Either way, it does help :)
I loosely based the prices of the Killstreaks on what they are going for currently on the community market and outpost. But still they are a bit "iffy". That's the problem with killstreaks. Too many unusual trades have them in them and that just makes it a lot harder. I really hope backpack.tf creates a way to price them :/
I believe there is a forum thread or two explaining the reason behind not pricing killstreaks but I'm on a mobile and it will be too hard to find them :p
Proof is proof however and if it back up your suggestion, by all means put it in
