While it's clear that this needs to go down, I don't think there's enough proof, and the proof you do have doesn't really seem to be in your range. Staying neutral on this for now.

    As pointed out in the comments, the sellers at 3.66 ref are just too few and, like those selling for even less, appear to be quicksales. Without either a good deal more sellers at 3.66 ref or a clear demonstration that the few selling aren't ending up as quicksale trades, 3.66 ref can't be included in range at this time.
