185 USD is alot more than 4.5 buds.

185 / 40 = 4.6

I also factored in small fees which gave me roughly 4.5

Buds via paypal are not 40 each, you can easily buy them for 35 if you check outpost front page alone.

Then what should the value be?

Don't know, but 4.5 is far to low and I don't know exact competitive paypal bud prices since I don't deal with them, it may be 35 or could be 34. Need to ask an experienced paypal seller to find out or find out yourself.

Curious, the one that sold for 4 buds got no offers for almost 2 months, maybe poorly bumped or even a closed trade, the new owner had way more offers, none >4 though.~

1 of 2 poisoned shadow soldier hat? I think most people would have thought 4 might be low. But exactly as you say, took 2 months to sell for that, so I think 4-5.4 is about right.
